1. Внести зміни до п. 3.1 розділу “3. Договірна ціна” , зменшити загальну суму договору на 86 715, 66 грн викласти його в наступній редакції:
“3.1. Сума цього Договору становить 1 113 284,29 грн. (Один мільйон сто тринадцять тисяч двісті вісімдесят чотири гривень 29 копійок) з ПДВ.
Бюджетні зобов’язання на 2020 рік за рахунок коштів міського бюджету (КЕКВ 3210 “Капітальні трансферти підприємствам (установам, організаціям)” становлять — 930 696,02 грн з ПДВ
Бюджетні зобов’язання на 2021 рік за рахунок коштів міського бюджету ( КЕКВ 3210) становлять 182 588,27 грн з ПДВ.”
На підставі вимог ч. 5 п. 4 ст. 41 Закону “Про публічні закупівлі”, подовжити строк дії Договору у зв'язку з затримкою фінансування та внести зміни до п. 12.1 розділу “12.Строк дії договору” та викласти його в наступній редакції.

1. На підставі вимог ч. 5 п. 4 ст. 41 Закону “Про публічні закупівлі”, у зв'язку з затримкою фінансування з міського бюджету у 2020р., продовжити строк виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт у разі затримки фінансування витрат замовника та:
1.1. внести наступні зміни до п. 1.1. розділу “1. Предмет Договору.” та викласти його в наступній редакції:
“п.1.1. У порядку та на умовах, визначених цим Договором, Замовник доручає, а Генпідрядник бере на себе зобов'язання виконати у 2020 -2021 р.р. якісно своїми силами і засобами будівельно-монтажні роботи передбачені цим Договором, відповідно до затвердженої проектної документації по об'єкту: “Технічне переоснащення РУ-0,4 трансформаторних підстанцій ТП-1271, ТП-923, ТП-697 в структурних підрозділах КП "Міський тролейбус" в м. Кривий Ріг, Дніпропетровської області" ( код ДК 021:2015 – 45300000-0 “Будівельно-монтажні роботи”), а Замовник — прийняти і оплатити такі роботи в межах виділених бюджетних призначень...” і далі по тексту
1.2. внести наступні зміни до п. 2.1 розділу “2. Строки виконання робіт ” та викласти його в наступній редакції:
“п. 2.1. Загальний термін виконання Робіт Генпідрядником за цим Договором передбачено Календарним графіком виконання робіт (Додаток № 2). Загальний строк виконання робіт — до 31.03.2021 р.”
2. Додаток № 2 до Договору “Календарний графік виконання робіт” викласти в новій редакції (Додаток №1 до даної додаткової угоди)
3. Додаток № 4 до Договору “План фінансування робіт” викласти в новій редакції (Додаток № 2 до даної додаткової угоди)
