На підставі рішення № 2 від 11.09. 2019 р. засновника (учасника) Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Роменський хлібокомбінат», вирішено змінити найменування Товариства та визначити найменування Товариства наступним чином: Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Ласий кошик».
У зв’язку зі зменшенням кошторисних призначень, керуючись пунктом 1 частини 4 статті 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктами 1.3., 3.7., 6.2.3. Договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти № 105-РХ від 12.03.2019 Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму договору на 40 000,00 грн.
3. Викласти пункт 3.4. Договору в наступній редакції:
«3.4. Ціна цього договору складає 218000,00 (двісті вісімнадцять тисяч гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ складає 36333,33 (тридцять шістдесят три тисячі триста тридцять три гривні 33 копійки)».
