Note:
1. Збільшити суму Договору № 95 від 14.06.2021 р. код за ДК 021-2015-15530000-2 - Вершкове масло (вершкове масло) на 31 002,30 грн. (тридцять одну тисячу дві гривні 30 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
2. Внести зміни до пункту 3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору та викласти його в новій редакції: «3.1. Сума цього Договору становить: 194 172,30 грн. (сто дев’яносто чотири тисячі сто сімдесят дві гривні 30 коп.) без ПДВ.».
Кількість товару: вершкове масло - 1320,9 кг.
