Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору до 31.01.2018 згідно пп.5 п. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" у зв`язку з необхідністю проведення Споживачем тендерної процедури, доповнивши п. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 3.2 та виклавши п.11.1 в наступній редакції:
1.1. Постачальник зобов`язується предати у власність Споживачу у січні 2018р. природний газ (далі - газ), а Cпоживач зобов`язується прийняти та оплатити вартість газу у розмірах, строки та порядку, що визначені Договором.
1.2. Плановий обсяг постачання газу у січні 2018р. - до 4,57 тис. куб. м.
1.3. Планові обсяги постачання газу у січні 2018р. по місяцях: січень - 4,57
3.2. Загальна сума договору на Січень 2018р. становить 20% від суми договору на 2017 р. та складає 47235,50 грн. Загальна сума Договору на Січень 2018р. може змінюватись у випадку зміни ціни газу в порядку визначеному п.3.3 даного договору або коригування обсягів.
11.1. Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання і діє в частині постачання газу з 01.02.2017 по 31.01.2018р., а в частині проведення розрахунків - до повного їх здійснення
