Керуючись положеннями частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. № 922-VIIIта пункту 11.3 договору на постачання природного газу від 18 грудня 2018 р. № 41SBDpz1312-18 (далі Договір), Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо закупівлі товару під кодом ДК 021:2015 09120000-6 – Газове паливо (природний газ) до 31 січня 2019 року – строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі вказаного предмету закупівлі на початку 2018 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у п. 3.6. Договору, відповідно до затверджених у встановленому порядку на цю мету видатків.
