1. Ввести до Договору поставки № 17.1231.2018 від 29.10.2018р. Специфікацію № 2 (додаток №2) від 13.05.2019р. на суму 379 800,00 (триста сімдесят дев’ять тисяч вісімсот грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 63 300,00 (шістдесят три тисячі триста грн. 00 коп. ).
2. Загальна вартість Договору поставки № 17.1231.2018 від 29.10.2018р. складатиме 800 880,00 грн. (вісімсот тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят грн. 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 133 480,00 грн. (сто тридцять три тисячі чотириста вісімдесят гривень 00 копійок).
3. Дана Додаткова угода №1 від 13.05.2019р. складена українською мовою, в двох оригінальних примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу і є невід’ємною частиною Договору поставки № 17.1231.2018 від 29.10.2018р.
4. Умови, непередбачені Додатковою угодою №1 від 13.05.2019р., визначаються Договором поставки № 17.1231.2018 від 29.10.2018р.
