Розділу 10 Строк дії договору викласти у новій редакції: «Цей договір набуває чинності з дня підписання і діє до 31.05.2022 р., а в частині зобов`язань - до повного виконання зобов`язань процедури закупівлі в наступному бюджетному періоді на суму коштів не більше 20% вартості цього Договору, якщо видатки на це затверджені в установленому порядку».
