Відповідно до частини шостої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору №400246Г/2025 від 06.02.2025 на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме до 28.02.2026 року.
