керуючись Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі"від 25грудня 2015р. №922-VIII зі змінами (далі -Закону), на виеонання положень: підпункту 18 пункту 5 розділу ІІ Правил постачання природного газу, затвердженних постановою НКРЕКП від 30 вересня 2015 року №2496;роз'яснення Уповноваженого органу в сфері публічних закупівель "Щодо укладання, виконання ,змін та розірвання договору про закупівлю" № 3304-04/69987-06 від 24.11.2020року уклали дану додаткову угоду(далі-Угода)про наступне:1.Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести до Розділу "Визначення понять, які містяться у Договорі " Договру №180(21) АГ на постачання природного газу від 20.01.2021р., доповнившийого наступнимпоняттям:"1.32.Належне повідомлення постачальника про намір змінити умови договору постачання природного газу...Більше інформації у відсканованій версії Додаткової угоди
