Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору про закупівлю, на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році.
Внести зміни до п.5.1. Розділу 5 ТЕРМІН ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ та викласти у наступній редакції:
«5.1. Даний Договір набуває чинності з дня підписання та діє до 31 березня 2021 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного виконання своїх зобов’язань за договором.».

Внести зміни до п. 1.2. Розділу І «ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРУ» збільшивши ціну цього договору 1 228 432,25 грн. (один мільйон двісті двадцять вісім тисяч чотириста тридцять дві гривні 25 копійок), ПДВ не передбачено, на 245 686,32 грн. та викласти у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 1 474 118,57 грн. (один мільйон чотириста сімдесят чотири тисячі сто вісімнадцять гривень 57 копійок), ПДВ не передбачено».
Викласти «Реквізити та підписи сторін» у новій редакції.

Внести зміни до п. 1.2. Розділу І «ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРУ» зменшивши ціну цього договору - 1 474 118,57 грн. (один мільйон чотириста сімдесят чотири тисячі сто вісімнадцять гривень 57 копійок), ПДВ не передбачено, на 106 341,84 грн.
