Note:
1. Виконавець та Споживач погодилися внести зміни до п. 3.9 вищезазначеного Договору та викласти у наступній редакції: «Споживач може здійснювати попередню оплату теплової енергії у розмірі до 100% від середнього загального обсягу, за фактично спожиту теплову енергію у попередньому опалювальному періоді, відповідно п.6 абз.2 до постанови КМУ № 1070 від 04.12.2019 року «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», повернення після закінчення строку, визначеного у договорі про закупівлю товарів, робіт і послуг, виконавцями робіт, постачальниками товарів і надавачами послуг невикористаних сум попередньої оплати та застосування штрафних санкцій у разі невчасного повернення таких коштів, на строк не більше трьох місяців у межах бюджетного року.
2. Внести зміни до розділу 11 «Реквізити та підписи Сторін»
