1. Замовник та Постачальник дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору у частині строку дії та викласти пункт 11.1 Договору у редакції:
1.1) пункт 11.1 «Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31 березня 2022 року».
2. Видатки на здійснення цієї закупівлі затверджено в установленому порядку.
3. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
4. Зміни набирають чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами цієї Додаткової угоди.
5. Ця Додаткова угода укладена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної зі Сторін.

3. Всі інші умови Договору №13/2021 від 26.05.2021 року залишаються не змінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання.

1. У зв'язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника та на підставі пп 1 п. 10.1 Договору про закупівлю Сторони дійшли до спільної згоди зменшити загальну вартість додаткової угоди №2 від 23 березня 2022 року Договору №13/2021 від 26 травня 2021 року на 119 грн.04 грн та викласти п 1 в редакції наступного змісту: "Вартість додаткової угоди: 8666,64 грн ()вісім тисяч шістсот шістдесят шість гривень 64 копійки" в т.ч. ПДВ 108,32 грн, що становить не більше 20 відсотків від ціни Договору №13/2021 від 26 травня 2021 року.
2. Змінити Специфікацію та викласти її у новій редакції, що додається.
3. Всі інші умови Договору №13/2021 від 26 травня 2021 року залишаються незмінними
