Внести зміни до Договору , виклавши п.1.2. розділу І “Предмет Договору”, п.3.1. розділу III «Сума Договору» та п.5.1 розділу V “Надання послуг” в наступній редакції:
п.1.2. Найменування послуги: (код ДК 021:2015 – 09320000-8 пара, гаряча вода та пов’язана продукція) (послуги теплопостачання) далі по тексту Послуга.
Очікуваний обсяг Послуги за цим Договором становить- 506 Гкал, в тім рахунку пролонгація на 2018 рік – 73 Гкал.
п. 3.1. Сума цього Договору становит - 578002,05 грн. (п’ятсот сімдесят вісім тисяч дві грн 05 коп), у тому числі ПДВ – 96333,68 грн (дев’яносто шість тисяч триста тридцять три грн 68 коп), в тім рахунку пролонгація 20% на 2018 рік – 95769,43 грн (дев’яносто п’ять тисяч сімсот шістдесят дев’ять грн 43коп), у тому числі ПДВ – 15961,57 грн.
п.5.1. Строк надання послуги: до 31.03.2018 року.
