Note:
У зв'язку із залишком коштів і обсягів постачання природного газу по Договору №880-ЕМ-19 від 16.12.2019 з ТОВ "ЕКОТЕХНОІНВЕСТ" (надалі - Договір) та на підставі листа Постачальника від 11.02.2020 №047-20 виникла необхідність укладання Додаткової угоди до Договору щодо коригування договірних величин споживання природного газу та продовження строку дії зазначеного Договору з відповідним внесенням до нього змін згідно з пунктом 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 №922-VII.
Сума Договору після внесення змін становить 2 845 998,84 грн, в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 474 333,14 грн.
Обсяг послуг після внесення змін становить 529 тис.куб.м
