Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватись після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків передбачених в ч.4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Красноградському комунальному підприємству «Водоканал» Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Татнєфть-АЗС-Україна» надало довідку Харківської торгово-промислової палати про рівень роздрібних цін на паливо. Так як відбулась зміна ціни за 1 літр бензину А-92, після проведеного розрахунку, враховуючи, що сума договору про закупівлю становить 543 060,00 грн з ПДВ і Красноградським комунальним підприємством «Водоканал» придбано 2000 л бензину А-92 на суму 51 720,00 грн з ПДВ, підприємством буде закуплено 17572 л бензину А-92 на суму 491 313,12 грн з ПДВ.
