1. Відповідно до пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі п. 4.4. договору на підставі зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, Сторони дійшли згоди про зменшення суми договору на 38 634 590,71 грн. (тридцять вісім мільйонів шістсот тридцять чотири тисячі п’ятсот дев’яносто грн. 71 копійка).
2. Внести зміни в п. 3.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна договору становить: 38 890 690,00 грн. (тридцять вісім мільйонів вісімсот дев’яносто тисяч шістсот дев’яносто грн. 00 копійок) в т. ч. ПДВ 6 481 781,67 грн. (шість мільйонів чотириста вісімдесят одна тисяча сімсот вісімдесят одна грн. 67 копійок), у тому числі:
- КПКВК 1416030 КЕКВ 2240 – 33 301 604,00 грн. (тридцять три мільйони триста одна тисяча шістсот чотири грн. 00 копійок) в т. ч. ПДВ 5 550 267,34 грн. (п’ять мільйонів п’ятсот п’ятдесят тисяч двісті шістдесят сім грн. 34 копійки).
- КПКВК 1418340 КЕКВ 2240 – 5 589 086,00 грн. (п’ять мільйонів п’ятсот вісімдесят дев’ять тисяч вісімдесят шість грн. 00 копійок) в т. ч. ПДВ 931 514,33 грн. (дев’ятсот тридцять одна тисяча п’ятсот чотирнадцять грн. 33 копійки).».
