1. У зв’язку із зменшенням вартості Товару, уклали цю додаткову угоду (надалі - Угода) про наступне:
1. Зменшити загальну суму Договору № 614-к/23 від 03.10.2023 р. на 44 520.00 грн. (Сорок чотири тисячі п’ятсот двадцять гривень 00 копійок) виклавши п. 1.3. в наступній редакції:
«1.3. Сума Договору становить: 2 955 459.00 грн. (два мільйони дев’ятсот п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч чотириста п’ятдесят дев’ять гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20%: 492 576.50 грн. (Чотириста дев’яносто дві тисячі п’ятсот сімдесят шість гривень 50 копійок)»
2. Продавець та Покупець дійшли згоди змінити Пункт 1.2. та викласти його в наступній редакції. (див. Додаткову Угоду №1)
