Функціоналом майданчика Smarttender.biz не передбачено оприлюднення повідомлення про внесення змін до договору з причин, не освітлених ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (далі - Закон), однак передбачених ст.10 Закону.
