1. Згідно умов Договору, керуючись пунктами п'ятим та сьомим частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони домовились про узгодження ціни на газ за розрахунковий період з 01 травня 2021 року:
2. У зв'язку з цим, Сторони дійшли згоди доповнити пункт 3.2. Договору абзацом наступного змісту:
"Ціна газу з 01.05.2021 р.становить 9,00 грн. за 1 куб.м., крім того компенсація вартості послуги замовленої потужності становить 0,13657600 грн.
Ціна за 1 куб.метр природного газу з урахуванням компенсації вартості послуги доступу до потужності становить 9,13657600 грн., крім того ПДВ 1,82731520 грн., всього з ПДВ – 10,96389120 грн."
3. Решта умов договору залишається незміною і обов′язковою для виконання Сторонами
