1. Відповідно до ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 992-VIII від 25.12.2015 р., а саме: дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії Договору до «31» березня 2021 р.

Відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 992-VIII від 25.12.2015 р. для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 р. Сторони домовились збільшити суму Договору на 51 935,00 грн. (П’ятдесят одна тисяча дев’ятсот тридцять п’ять грн. 00 коп.)
Викласти п.3.1 Договору у новій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 311 636,35 грн. (Триста одинадцять тисяч шістсот тридцять шість грн. 35 коп.) без ПДВ.»
