- через продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні з 05 години 30 хвилин 21 листопада 2022 року строком на 90 діб відповідно до Закону України «Про затвердження Указу Президента України «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні» від 16.11.2022 № 2738-IX;
- внаслідок цілеспрямованої збройної агресії Російської федерації щодо об’єктів енергетичної інфраструктури України на території Фонтанської територіальної громади протягом останніх місяців систематично були значні перебої з постачанням електричної енергії шляхом екстрених відключень світла, що підтверджується повідомленнями офіційного веб-сайту ДТЕК Одеські Електромережі (доступ за посиланням: https://www.dtek-oem.com.ua/).
