Уповноваженою особою було виявлено технічну та / або механічну помилку в частині оприлюднення договору про закупівлю, а саме: за результатами проведення закупівлі шляхом використання електронного каталогу № UA-2025-01-14-002298-a у строки визначені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 та Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» з урахуванням Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених постановою Кабміну від 12.10.2022 № 1178 було оприлюднено Договір № 12-ЗЦП від 20.01.2025 року про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти, але 25.01.2025 року було виявлено помилку, що предмет договору та в додатках до договору назва предмета договору не співпадає із Технічною специфікацією Запит (ціни) пропозицій UA-2025-01-14-002298-a , а саме: Масло смаковеньки 200г 85,5% фольга.
Враховуючи викладене вище оприлюднити в електронній системі закупівель додаткову угоду №2 від 27.01.2025 року до договору 12-ЗЦП від 20.01.2025 року з виправленням, а саме: Масло смаковеньки 200г 82,5% фольга.
