У зв'язку з триваючою широкомасштабною збройною агресією російської федерації проти України та введенням воєнного стану в Україні відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» (зі змінами), та засвідченням Торгово- промисловою палатою України листом від 28.02.2022 № 2024/02.0-7.1 форс- мажорних обставини (обставин непереборної сили), а саме: військової агресії російської федерації проти України та підтвердженням, що зазначені обставини з 24 лютого 2022 року до їх офіційного закінчення, є надзвичайними, невідворотними та об'єктивними обставинами для суб'єктів господарської діяльності по договорам, виконання зобов'язань по яким настало і відповідно стало неможливим у встановлений термін внаслідок настання таких форс- мажорних обставин, Сторони вирішили продовжити строк надання послуг по Договору та строк дії Договору до 31 грудня 2023 року з внесенням змін до Додатку № 2 Договору «Графік надання Послуг» та Додатку №4 Договору «План фінансування».
Сторони домовилися, що Виконавець розпочинає здійснювати надання послуг у 2023 році, відповідно до умов договору, тільки після офіційного письмового повідомлення від Замовника щодо наявності фінансування предмету Договору.
