Сторони досягли згоди про зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, а саме : - Хліб білий пшеничний із борошна І гатунку - з 19880 кг. на 14041,1861 кг.; - Хліб житньо-пшеничний - 21000 кг. на 20049,7167 кг. В результаті зміни обсягів товару загальна сума договору зменшується на 165431 грн. 77 коп. за рахунок коштів НСЗУ та становить 792201 грн. 83 коп. (сімсот дев’яносто дві тисячі двісті одна грн. 83 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ - 132033 грн. 64 коп. З них: 99050 грн. 88 коп.
