На підставі частини 6 статті 41 Закону, Сторони Договору дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити суму договору на 44600 грн 00 коп ( Сорок чотири тисячі шістсот гривень 00 копійок), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
