Внесення змін до Договору №50/2018 від 11.09.2018 згідно змісту Додоткової угоди №1 від 12.09.2018р.: "Враховуючи фактичне (наявне) фінансування на 2018 рік у розмірі 3 632 200грн., викласти п.3.1. розділу ІІІ «Ціна договору» у наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 12 900 000,00грн(дванадцять мільйонів дев’ятсот тисяч гривень,00коп.), в тому числі ПДВ (20%) -2 150 000,00грн. : - фінансування на 2018 рік 3 632 200 ( три мільйони шістсот тридцять дві тисячі двісті гривень 00 коп.), в.т. за рахунок коштів районного бюджету-1000 000,00 , за рахунок субвенції від Таранівської сільської ради- 2 632 200,00 грн. ; - фінансування на 2019 рік -9 267 800,00 » 2. Внести зміни в пункт 2.2. та викласти пункт 2.2. договору в наступній редакції : Строк виконання робіт - до 20 грудня 2019року. Місце виконання робіт – 63450, Україна, Харківська область, Таранівка, вул.Широнінців,67-а."
