Note:
1. У зв'язку із зміною реквізитів "Постачальника" в т.ч. банківських, Сторони домовились внести відповідні зміни до Договору та викласти реквізити "Постачальника", що містяться в Розділі ХІІ. Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін
10.1 Додаток №1 "Точки контакту для надання інформації споживачам" є невід'ємною частиною до Договору.
2. Згідно п.3.1. Договору, Сторони домовилися про узгодження ціни на газ за Договором, починаючи з 01.10.2019р., встановлена на рівні: 9360,00грн з ПДВ за 1000 куб.м.
