Note:
Внести зміни до п. 4.3. та викласти його у наступній редакції:
« п. 4.3. Джерело фінансування – кошти підприємства або кошти державного бюджету України. Товар, який був придбаний за кошти державного бюджету України повинен бути поставлений до 26.12.2020 р. та у разі не постачання – кошти повинні бути повернені Постачальником до 28.12.2020 р.
Внести зміни до п. 5.1. та викласти його у наступній редакції:
« п. 5.1. Термін поставки Товару – протягом 90 календарних днів з моменту отримання коштів від Покупця.
Внести змін до п. 10.1 та викласти його у наступній редакції:
« п. 10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання та скріплення печатками обома сторонами і діє до 31 грудня 2020р., а в частині зобов’язань – до повного і належного їх виконання.

На підставі п.6 ст41 Закону "Про публічні закупівлі" а саме: дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, у зв'язку із застосуванням положень п6 цієї статті Закону та уклали цю додаткову угоду.
