Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами), враховуючи додаткову угоду № 2 від 29.12.2020 про продовження строку дії договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю додаткову угоду в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме: 9804 грн.00 коп. (дев’ять тисяч вісімсот чотири грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
