Сторони, керуючись п.1 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дійшли згоди щодо зменшення обсягу закупівлі та зменшення суми договору та дійшли згоди викласти п.1.3., 1.4. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №164/Т-20 від 26.03.2020 року до 31.03.2021 року, що є достатнім для проведення процедури закупівлі теплової енергії на початку 2021 року, відповідно до діючого законодавства

Сторони, керуючись п .12.13 Договору та нормами чинного законодавства України вирішили п. 11.1 Договору викласти наступного змісту: «В період дії Договору, Теплопостачальна організація зобов’язується поставити Споживачу на умовах визначених в Договорі теплову енергію в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в п.1.3 Договору, а саме 12790,50 грн.(дванадцять тисяч сімсот дев’яносто гривень 50 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ – 2131,75 грн..»
