У зв'язку із коливанням цін на ринку на товар - цукор і супутня продукція (ДК 021:2015:5830000-5)- цукор -пісок буряковий, що постачається за Договором № 1204-1Т від 20 квітня 2018 року, керуючись статтями 632, 651-654 ЦК України, п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", протоколом тендерного комітету № 16 від 28 серпня 2018 року та враховуючи Експертний висновок №ЦК - 537 від 17.08.2018 Чернігівської регіональної торгово-промислової палати, Сторони дійшли згоди :зменшити обсяг закупівлі Товару, що постачається за Договором № 1204-1Т від 20 квітня 2018 року і збільшити ціну (не більше як на 10%)за одиницю Товару , що складає 13,53 грн. з ПДВ.
