Керуючись п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" уклали цю Додаткову угоду до Договору про закупівлю за державні кошти про наступне: зменшити ціну договору відповідно затверджених обсягів фінансування, а обсяги споживання зменшити до фактичних (реальних) видатків. Опалення при наявності лічильника в опалювальний період 370,35Гкал.
