Відповідно п.7,ч.5,ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" збільшений тариф, встановлений Виконавцем на підставі Рішення 5 сесії Мелітопольської міської ради Запорізької області VII скликання від 15.04.2021р. №94/1 "Про внесення змін до рішення виконавчого комітету Мелітопольської міської ради Запорізької області від 30.05.2019р. №114/1". Сторони домовились, відповідно п.3.4 та п.11.6,п.п.7 Договору, внести зміни до Договору без зміни об'ємів захоронення, у зв'язку з чим збільшити суму Договору на 59555.11 грн., у т.ч.ПДВ-20%.
