у зв`язку з продовженням терміну Договору на початок 2020 року, керуючись п.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" збільшити ціну договору до 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в цьому Договорі, виклавши п.3.1 у новій редакції: "3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 2944103,00 грн.(два мільйони дев`ятсот сорок чотири тисячі сто три грн.,00 копійок) без ПДВ, і складається з частин:- 2454997,00 грн.,що розраховані для використання у 2019 році; - 489106,00 грн., що не перевищує 20 % від суми на 2019 рік,- для використання у 2020 році".
