Керуючись ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору № 21-0082 від 09.07.2021р. про надання сервісних послуг ЄЦВТМ (далі - Договір) до 31.03.2022 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
