Долучити з 01.01.2022 р. Додаток №4 «Розрахунок втрат і витрат природного газу. Перелік точок комерційного обліку споживача. Адреса об’єкта (точки комерційного обліку)» до Договору розподілу природного газу від 15.02.2021р. № 42АВ880-692-21 укладеного між Оператором ГРМ та Споживачем за адресою с. Широке, вул. Гагаріна, 1.
Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін та доповнень і є чинними протягом строку дії Договору. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 42АВ880-692-21від 15.02.2022 року.
