Відповідно до п.5ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовились зменшити вартість одиниці товару та внести зміни в договір № 56 від 12 травня 2021р. виклавши п. 3 в новій редакції: «3.1. Ціна договору складає : 353184,00 (триста п’ятдесят три тисячі сто вісімдесят чотири грн. 00 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ : 58864,00 грн.» 2. В зв’язку із зменшення вартості одиниці товару Сторони домовились викласти специфікацію у новій редакції. Нова редакція специфікація є невід’ємною частиною даної додаткової угоди. 3. Додаткову угоду №1 від 12 травня 2021 року до договору №56 від 12 травня 2021р. вважати недійсною.
