На підставі документально підтвердженних обставин, що спричинили зміну істотних умов, які сторони не могли передбачити на момент укладання договору, керуючись п.4 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" ( у редакції, що діяла до 19.04.2020 р.) та пп.4 п.13.11 Договору, Сторони домовились подовжити строк дії Договору та виконання зобов'язань, щодо передання Товару , за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення ціни Договору.
