Note:
Керуючись п.4 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також п.11.9 та п.11.11 Договору СТОРОНИ дійшли взаємної згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору, а саме:
1.1. Викласти пункт 5.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
«5.6. Термін надання послуг з дати підписання Договору до 31.08.2018.»
1.2. Викласти пункт 10.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
«10.1. Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31.09.2018 р., але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання СТОРОНАМИ своїх зобов’язань.»
