На підставі звернення Споживача Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору №5515"С" на відпуск теплової еренгвї у вигляді гарячої води від 08.12.2021 на 22 209,07 грн, змінити абзац пункту 38 Договору та викласти його в наступній його редакції: Абзац 1 пункт 38: Сума Договору згідно діючих тарифів складає 115 936,01 грн з ПДВ. Сума Договору може коригуватися в залежності від фактичного споживання Т/Е.

Сторони дійшли згоди внести до Договору №5515"С" на відпуск теплової енергії у вигляді гарячої води від 08.12.2021 р. наступні зміни, виклавши пункт 49 розділу "Термін дії Договру" в наступній редакції: Пункт 49: Договрір набуває чинності з дати підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками, поширює дію на відносин, що фактично склалися між Сторонами з 01.12.2021 в частині розрахунків - до їх повного здійснення.
