1. На підставі пункту 2 частини 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктів 1.3, 6.2.3, 11.1, 11.9 зазначеного договору внести такі зміни до договору: 1.1. У розділі I «Предмет договору» п.1.2. викласти у такій редакції, зменшивши кількість дизельного палива на 1820 л: «дизельне паливо – 38180 л». 1.2. У розділі 3 «Ціна договору» пункт 3.1. викласти у новій редакції, зменшивши ціну договору на 46,13 грн.
