Note:
1. Відповідно до ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-УІІІ, керуючись пунктом 12.2 розділу XII «Строк дії Договору та інші умови», Сторони, за взаємною згодою, домовились викласти пункт 12.2 розділу XII «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» у наступній редакції:
«п. 12.2 Дія цього Договору продовжується з 31 грудня 2018 року до «31» березня 2019 року на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі».

1. Сторони, відповідно до ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII, керуючись пунктом 12.2 розділу XII «Строк дії Договору та інші умови», домовились продовжити дію Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, а саме на 273086,00 грн.,(двісті сімдесят три тисячі вісімдесят шість грн. 00 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ 20%.
«Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії до Договору № 000210 (2018) на постачання природного газу для споживачів, що не є побутовими (для бюджетних установ та організацій) від «17» грудня 2018 р., з 31 грудня 2018 р. до 31 березня 2019 р.
