Цей договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31.03.2023, а в частині розрахунків - до повного їх виконання".

Замовник та Виконавець прийшли до згоди доповнити розділ 3 "Ціна договору" пунктом 3.2.1, виклавши його в такій редакції: "Сторонами погоджено розмір коштів на період з 01 січня 2023 до проведення повного розрахунку в розмірі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в Договорі, яка складає 15 360 грн 00 коп. з ПДВ. Одночасно звертаю увагу, що ПАТ "Фінпорт Текнолоджіс Інк" з 01.01.2023 є платником ПДВ.
