1. З метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі, керуючись п.3 ч.5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, Сторони домовилися внести зміни в п.4.3 договору № 10008/22 від 20.01.2022 р. 2. З метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі, керуючись п.3 ч.5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, Сторони домовилися внести зміни в розділ XIII “Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін“ договору № 10008/22 від 20.01.2022 р.
