Предметом договору є придбання товару кефір кислий для дитячого харчування 3,2% жиру,напій кефірний солодкий для дитячого харчування 3,2% жиру (код 15551000-5) Код ДК 021:2015 15550000-8 Молочні продукти різні (надалі- Товар) - дитяче харчування на молочній основі для дітей, а саме прикорму у розумінні Клінічного протоколу медичного догляду за здоровою дитиною віком до 3-х років, затвердженого Наказом Міністерства охорони здоров'я від 20.03.2008 №149, з терміном зберігання до 48 годин, що визначений в Специфікації яка являється невід'ємною частиною Договору.
