Під час проведення переговорної процедури закупівлі (скороченої) було укладено договір з Комунальним підприємством «ЧОРНОМОРСЬКТЕПЛОЕНЕРГО», в якому постачальник визначив місце поставки товару м.Чорноморськ, вул. Праці,10. Згідно з рішенням виконавчого комітету Іллічівської міської ради №906 від 23.08.2007 року ця адреса являється новою адресою Іллічівського міського суду Одеської області. Проте вся технічна документація на будівлю даного суду розроблена на адресу м.Чорноморськ. вул. Праці, 4 (стара адреса).
Тому доцільно вважати, що нумерація об’єктів нерухомості вул.Праці 4 та вул. Праці 10 рівнозначна та має місце під час заключення договорів.
