На підставі п.2 ч.5 ст 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю . Ціна за 1 кВт*год становить 3.36171 грн. без ПДВ Обсяг товару за договором становить 15 543 701/181 кВт*год . Ціна договору становить 52 230 127 грн. 20 коп. (п'ятдесят два мільйони двісті тридцять тисяч сто двадцять сім гривень 20 копійок), крім того ПДВ 20% - 10 446 025 грн. 44 коп. (Десять мільйонів чотириста сорок шість тисяч двадцять п`ять гривень 44 копійок), всього з ПДВ - 62 676 152 грн. 64 коп. (Шістдесят два мільйони шістсот сімдесят шість тисяч сто п'ятдесят дві гривні 64 копійки).
