Note:
Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі зміни обсягів закупівлі товару Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни та затвердити в новій редакції специфікацію (Додаток1 до договору), яка являється невід’ємною частиною Договору № 6/22 від 03.02.2022 р., що додається до додаткової угоди. Внести зміни в п. 3.1. розділу 3. «Ціна договору та порядок розрахунків» та затвердити в новій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 11 240,00 грн. (Одинадцять тисяч двісті сорок гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ».

1. Сторони домовились зменшити загальну вартість Договору на 1890,00 грн. (Одна тисяча вісімсот дев’яносто грн. 00 коп.).
Внести зміни в п. 3.1. розділу 3. «Ціна договору та порядок розрахунків» та затвердити в новій редакції:«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 9350,00 грн. (Дев’ять тисяч триста п’ятдесят гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ». Специфікацію до договору (Додаток 1) викласти в новій редакції.
