В зв’язку з коливанням ціни на електричну енергію за одиницю товару на ринку, що підтверджується довідкою Чернівецької торгово-промислової палати від 19 травня 2021 року № 599, з дотриманням норм ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", укладено Додаткову угоду №2 про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
