1. Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору № 9/02/07 НЕ від «07» лютого 2025 року (далі – Договір), зазначену в пункті 12.1 до 31 грудня 2025 року.
2. Викласти пункт 12.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2025 року включно, але у будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором.».
